Dear pizza pizza manager, I would request to have look at this issue and please take necessary actions. Firstly I am loyal customer to pizza pizza for past 5 years and never had any issues, and love the taste and service. The experience I had last Monday June 10th is very disappointing. I am ... visiting this store for past year never had any issues with quality specially. We were greeted well at cash counter and placed order. 1. The tables were not clean but still it’s okay as it’s busy place 2. But quality of food is very important when it is being served . After we order the pizza and some sides initially there is no ketchup up at store that was fine we order dip to accompany it. Though pizza was served hot and fresh but after eating two slices I noticed there is hair in the pizza. I went to the counter and notified the staff , after explaining the issue they didn’t even apologize for inconvenience what happened and with stubborn attitude there is guy who was asking so what you want a new pizza we can make , The least I expected is sorry but they were very unprofessional and asked what is size of hair and how big is it 😐. I wonder why they are not wearing hairnet according to food safety first place. And there is lady when I paid extra for the creamy garlic and felt sauce was not added she was mentioning without even checking receipt you need to pay extra for it . After a while they said we will make another one and worst part is they asked for pizza box of previous pizza and kept the new one and offered that to us it was moment I decide never come here next time. I had a frustrating experience with this location. They don’t have the clear order what exactly supposed to prepare and deliver. They made me wait for extra 10 minutes. It's essential for a pizza store to have clear order management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Last time I ordered the quantity was bad, this time same issue and more over missed the bottle of coke . 0 star to them. Better to go for some other outlet than this one for sure . Some slices have zero jalapeno some has three some has one piece ... of onion . Is this a pizza or something else. This time I mentioned clearly to make sure about cheese and veggies but still the same , now have to eat pizza without a drink as you don't give it to driver . Who make pizza having bubbles on it. Seasoning is sprinkled as some slices has all and some has nothing. A round pizza is cut into different slices .Pizza Pizza can you tell me is it difficult to cut the slices equally . Owner recently took over this branch of Pizza-Pizza and have been making tremendous efforts to scale up the quality. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of vegetarian pizza and chicken box from here. Putting out this review after continuously ordering from here for around 2 months.
