Pizza Hut - Ottawa, Ontario

So, I wanted a personal pan pizza for the way back home, went in and someone was already waiting to be served. There was a girl behind the counter, simply talking loudly on her phone and not acknowledging either of us, simply gossiping in Russian. One of the cooks in the back ... came to help us a while after. Didn't seem too pleased to help us. It was the dinner rush with lots and lots of orders for take out and delivery. Still, no way to treat customers. They don't even offer napkins, simply hash brown paper you find in the washroom to dry your hands. I wasn't impressed with this location's service. Front desk operator rude and loud. Need a polite person for customer service. He is not in india treating customer very rude and no manners. No help when asking about deal. Am so shameful by listening the way he talk to customers. No manners... Hoping the foods is good. U spend over 75 dollars and also regular ... customer. Surprisingly very good value for the price. The food was well proportioned and yummy (especially the cinnamon rolls). And I really appreciated they added a generous amount of bacon strips to my salad rather than cheap bacon bits or crumbles.

I don’t even think I need to leave a comment, just look at the pictures. Delivery driver was extremely rude, some miserable woman that didn’t even have the courtesy to wait until I answered the door to hand me my food. We order pizza game night deal, before it was very good, big slices very tasty and a lot of meat and veggies, we ordered a meat lovers and for sure now is a disappointment lovers no meat.
