The pizza is very good. But I am a regular customer and I placed an order what three submarines why do it was late night, but received the worst sandwiches I have ever had in my life. So Milano’s sent an uncooked gluten free crust. I called to tell them and the person who answered the phone politely apologized and offered a new pizza. He then said the manager wanted to speak to me and I explained what the problem was to the Manager (I could not ... cook the crust at home with the topping already on plus the order was over $50.00 in total-I ordered a small gluten free for me and two other small pizzas for my kids). Manager's response was “you do realize I sent you a medium instead of small” . This is what they sent to replace it. I opened the box and .....no longer hungry. Food was good, but I when I got home I realized they had forgotten a burger. When I called the person on the phone said there was only one burger on the order, which wasn’t true l because I had the receipt right in front of me. I couldn’t go ... back to pick it up as I was on break at work and the other burger was for my girlfriend. The pizza is always pretty good, and the newtine at other Milano locations isn't nearly as good as it is here. The parking situation is terrible if you're picking up your order. Last time I ordered online, they didn't have one of the extra ingredients I ordered, they didn't call ... me to let me know, and they still charged me for it. Update December 15, 2017: They never have broccoli, apparently. "I took off the broccoli because we don't have any," he said at the pickup counter, and proceeded to not remove the extra topping charge. Read more

I have tried this place twice. This first was a small order but well executed (a trial if you will). The second was a much bigger order for our late snacks for our wedding.
