Little Caesars - Ottawa, Ontario

Not to be judgemental or anything, but it was our first time , so i didnt know what to order co I am not familiar with their menu and when I asked her for a menu so my kids and I could order from she was like its all there ... (while showing the big lighted one above her ) so we ordered one regular medium pizza , one italian bread and one pepperoni thing (the one that comes in 4). At first we took the 4 small pepperoni , and mind you the kids were already hungry, the bottom was burned so we ate the tops only, as for the pizza it was dripping oil, salty and extra greasy .The italian bread however was almost burned on the top so we threw it away . When we got the small pepperoni things we were still there so I told her about the burnt bottoms and she said Ooh sorry,but by the time we got the pizza after 2o min we were already on our way to the house so I couldnt tell her about the burnt bread. As for the place itself, the lady's apron was full of flour smudges, flour was even on the counter , and she was handling everything form the screen, to the phone to the packaging of the pizza without any gloves , just wiping her hands on the apron and then touching the screen or answering the phone . So maybe it would be better if they hired one person for the counter and another for the food packaging?? Just a suggestion .... Love the lunch special! Affordable and quickly made. And they probably have my favourite deep dish pizza in the area. Also, if they're available and you like mac and cheese, I highly recommend getting the KD Crazy Puffs. Though, to be fair, all the flavours of Crazy Puffs are great. ... Has to be the worst little ceasers experience ever. I am lucky if the worker looked up at me, the whole interaction I couldn't get a word of of him. But he had no problem laughing away with the girl in the back and making me wait longer than I ... ever have at little ceasers for a pizza. If that wasn't bad enough I ordered the 3 meat treat and am luck if there's even one good handful between all the toppings. Very disappointing Read more

Never had a bad experience except for this location today .we order Italian cheese bread as u can see I open the box over there asked the lady why isn’t cut into pieces she said it’s new rule doesnot supposed to cut into pieces lol how people can ... share such a large piece lol 😅it’s over cooked as well Lady with tattoos working over there do not care at all we waisted our money on it as u can see food is over cooked to an extent too guys be careful before going here if u wanna waste money then only this place is preferable !!!! Quality has steadily been going downhill. Reached out to customer service for my latest order and never heard back. Pizza was undercooked on the bottom and burnt on the edges. Dessert had barely any cinnamon sugar and tasted like eating plain dough with frosting. Wings barely had any sauce on them. ... Crazy bread had next to no seasoning on it. The pizza fills a hole, if you're hungry, but there are much better options in the area. Read more
