It was very inappropriate and creepy for your staff to approach me in public!! Please train them not to behave like this as it could be interpreted as harassment when you have no intention of dealing with this business.

Not sure why paying customers don't have access to a washroom?! Pretty gross. Like I like washing my hands before I eat ... especially downtown. You lost my respect today after more than 2 decades of appreciation.

Gabriel's Deluxe Pizza tasted amazing, especially with the sauces. Great amount of toppings and satisfactory thickness. Presentation and smell was inviting. Unfortunately the dough was not fully cooked under the toppings, with a layer that was evidently raw. The delivery driver turned around and left without a word as soon as I ... told him that I didn't have any money on me for a tip, despite me saying "thank you, have a good day", 0/10 customer service. We paid $40 for the large 15 inch pizza, and had high expectations since the restaurant was recommended by our hotel, did not meet these expectations. Would not recommend. Read more

We order couple Burgers and fries, it took 52 minutes.at the beginning the person did not know how to take the order, then with no considerations to hygiene or using any type of gloves, the person who were cleaning was also part of preparing food too. We were the only ... customer there. After we took the highly priced food home ,it tasted like everything else except food taste, the fries were bitter because it was old fires and they refried again, never asked what to put on the burgers, they put what they liked , the dry fires was also without any ketchup or anything else. Don’t know why such a people should have access to prepare and sale food . No one should ever buy food there even if they are starving. Read more

I only found the mistake when I got home, I paid for a large pepperoni pizza like the photo and the slices showned to sale, unfortunately I received a pizza with only cheese and about 6 pepperones under the cheese, bad pizza experience with a lot of dough without pepperoni ... on top roasted, the ones that came were raw and a crying wait for more than 30 minutes. Tomorrow I'm going there to complain, today I was too tired to go back there, I hope I don't find a gentleman with very loud music in the salon that disturbed not only my communication, but other customers.
