Wow. Unbelievably terrible. I ordered a large pizza 3 toppings, 15 wings, poutine, 2 dipping sauces, ans 3 cans. Large pizza was burnt to a crisp. It was literally black. It was so gross. Barely any sauce, cheese was rubbery, crust was burnt. I asked for the wings to be ... honey mixed with hot, instead they put the sauces at the bottom, and the wings on top. Wings were soggy and not crispy. The poutine was disgusting. The fries were literally not even cooked. I took a bite and felt as is they forgot to even defrost the fries as they were still frozen. No impressed, Used to speak so highly of you guys but your quality and food delivery has just gone down hill. We waited 30 minutes over the delivery time so an hour and half for the food, to arrive cold.. the man on the phone said he made us a ... fresh order but from the looks of it that wasn't true. It was also missing simple things like ketchup that we requested. Then the driver proceeded to tell us, that we should order from the other location as its close but we used the just eat app so hardly our fault the app is linking to think location. Honestly would give zero stars if I could. Food was great when I first started ordering 6 months ago. Gradually over the past two months, though, the quality of the food and the delivery has diminished. Food has gotten to us cold after taking an hour and 15 minutes when ... we live 10 minutes away from the restaurant by car. We ordered the oven toasted subs and they almost always came cold. Now, last night, they forgot an item I ordered. When I asked the driver where it was, all he had to say was "Sorry, I don't have it." and then proceeded to walk away from me. These staff are so homey and friendly. I really like coming by just to chat and grab food. The Poutine is full of cheese and prices are great. Sometimes delivery can take long but for me it's worth the wait. They always open late when everyone else is closed.

Took over an hour to deliver food to us when they said it would take 25-30 minutes. They were only 8.5km away. When they quoted us the price over the phone they said $24. When they got here they charged us $40 total because of delivery fee. They failed to ... tell us that. The food was cold and subs were mushy. They got all the toppings wrong and our chess platter we ordered was much smaller then the picture depicts also was disgusting. Came with only 2 mozza sticks and it looked like they just threw it in the box. I would not refer this place to anyone. Such a waste of time and money. Not worth it one bit. Read more
