Superb place to have shawarma. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The taste of the food was brilliant and portion size is huge as well. In my opinion they serves the best Garlic and spicy garlic sause in Ottawa. I work nearby and so have compared the prices of comparable places downtown. They are the cheapest, but the food is GREAT. As is the service! Very generous portion sizes as well. They do not cheap out on the meat or the toppings. A small ... sandwhich, loaded up with toppings, is more than enough for lunch. Amazing spicy garlic sauce, and very friendly workers. This is my favourite shawarma spot in downtown. Prices are very fair and serving size is good. I've come quite a few times now and they're pretty consistent and I've always been satisfied.

Excellent customer service and speedy order fulfillment. The staff members displayed friendliness and remarkable professionalism in catering to customers and delivering efficient service. The food was tasty , prepared with top-notch ingredients. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I look forward to returning to the establishment during my next visit to Downtown.
