I’m not gonna say one of the worst places in Ottawa, IT’S THE WORST PLACE HERE! I walked in with 3 of my friends to play some cards and drink tea and then the waiter came and we told him that we’re gonna drink tea, and he was like this is a ... shisha place you have to order shisha! And we were like alright we’re gonna leave in 10 mins after we finish this round of the game. I went to him again asking about that “Rule” that you have to order shisha, and he was standing with one of his friends, and they started talking to me in a very impolite way, with bad words, and at the end he was yelling at me for no reason! It's not even worth the one star, really bad policy and bad service. They don't respect the costumers and I dont understand why you have to order shisha even if you dont wanna smoke? Terrible!!
If there was a minus 5 star, I would pick that option. The owner was yelling at customers as we walked in the café. 20 minutes later A group of 3 young black men where asked to prepay while we where not asked to or neither was anyone else that ... where not black. The owner demanded they prepay because they are "high risk". He actually said that when they asked about why they have to prepay. I went to the washroom to wash my hands, and I changed my mind once I stepped inside. The washroom was the most vile, disgusting thing I have ever seen. We finally get our hookah and its almost burnt. We order poutine and the gravy was gray.... This is place is the worst café, hookah whatever you wanna call it. There is no way this place is still legally open by profit margins, they are absolutely doing some shady or illegal things aside for revenue. Read more
BAAD!!!!! this place has horribely slow service. NO MENU?? Shisha wasn’t great as well! I don’t recommend it
