I used to come here all the time but the last time I went there was a rock in my food. Unfortunately I only found this out once I got home. I called and they said with no receipt they couldn't help me. All I was asking was for another ... bowl. They were SO rude on the phone and the manager refused to talk to me. In the end they said if I wanted another one to come back the next day. I’d say this is my favourite mucho burrito location in Ottawa. Pros: - they always have steak - food is always fresh and very tasty - staff is friendly and place is clean. - Spicy if you request it. Cons: - Mucho has gotten quite expensive - Sides are disappointing for the price
