Fresh food, friendly staff, and fantastic service make this spot a must-visit. The ingredients are always crisp and tasty. The staff here rocks – they're super friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Quick service. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent lunch experience at this location today. The staff is amazing and welcoming. They ensure your special requests are heard and taken care of which is what most other food places are missing. Lumch during my next visits to Orleans is now fixed. Kudos team!!

They never want to fill up your 20$ burrito bowl. Even if you ask they will just argue with you.

We've ordered frequently in the past without much issue. Tonight was very different. Ordered a Mucho burrito, received a smaller one, was sent plain water instead of the carbonated water we ordered (and no one phoned to check). Were missing toppings on some items. Took 2 hours for food to ... be delivered and when I phoned to explain errors, I was told to bring the order to the store (after paying for delivery, tip and waiting 2 hrs). Then I was instructed that they could not refund errors because I ordered online (Since I ordered off their website and not through a delivery sccount, there's no way to do this. While still a good deal and gives fast food that is healthy - ish, some menu changes disappointed us this week. Ancient grains are no longer an option for burritos, it's just rice 😕. Also, you are now limited to 4 toppings. As someone who loves ALL the toppings that ... feels cheap. Still good, just not AS good as it used to be. Edited after owner response: the staff were kind and friendly, but now there are giant instructions on the menu that there is a limit of four toppings. That's not a staff issue. Read more
