Great food. Especially the beef. Doesn’t have accessible doors, no changing table. Washrooms are gross with pink elephant jugs for washing in the stalls.

The portions are something shawarma palace never skimps on. We got the mixed platter and chicken sandwich and it was great! It was really good however the beef was a bit dry to my standards but the chicken was great. But for the value it was worth it!

The place was bustling over the weekend, with excellent service. The food portions were generous, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The picture is just a single plate of mixed Shwarma with $5 extra meat. We ate that as 2 people and still had more than half of the plate as leftover, that we got home. This store chains serves delicious food and are the most generous places in Ottawa.

Been having shawarma palace for almost 2 decades at various locations. I can appreciate it more now that I have moved. This particular location is very large, lots of parking, ample amount of seating from booths to tables. There is even a fire place. You get in line, your order ... is made on the spot and you find a seat. The menus has changed over the years but the original taste has remained the same. I recommend the chicken shawarma platter with spicy garlic sauce definitely large enough for two to share (I see so many plates on the table with half eaten food). Got a sandwich, the pita was crispy on the outside and the chicken with the garlic and vegetables was juicy. The staff is typically friendly, the service is usually quick.
