Service was subpar. The place was dirty (connected to BK). The chicken was beyond dry, the lettuce was turning brown and wet, and the wrap was placed directly on the grill, which caused it to burn and taste burnt. My family and I loved our experience here, the staff were extremely nice and patient with our orders. The food was spectacular; The chicken and meat were both very tasty and very fresh. They practically melted in your mouth. The potatoes and the rice were perfect and so was the ... salad and all the sauces. Thank you so much for a great meal, we hope to be back soon. Read more

Of all shawarma places in Ottawa, this has got to be one of the worse… Paid 18$+tax for a chicken platter and it definitely was not worth it. Most shawarma places in Ottawa load up the plates, this place, super stingy. I normally get platters to have some one day ... and the rest the next day… I barely had a serving of chicken and the portion of hummus and garlic was so sad to see and to top it all off, I get some old stale, like break apart stale pita bread. Also, the food does not taste that great, chicken has a weird taste, potatoes are plain not seasoned, the rice is alrighg, and the salad they just leave a huge clump of sumac on the salad, disgusting… Avoid this place, for 18$ u can get much better at any other shawarma joint. This is most likely more SkipTheDishes' fault, but I'll leave a review on the restaurant as a warning to potential customers. It took 35minutes from time of ordering to time of actual pickup. I placed my order at 4pm, Skip said it would be ready for pickup at 4:15pm, I got to ... the restaurant at 4:05pm and noticed it was pretty busy. I sat and waited until 4:15pm, at which point the app said my order was completed... But I had not picked up anything yet. Nobody had begun preparing my order. I contacted Skip customer service and they rushed the restaurant to prepare my food. When I went up to the counter at 4:35 to get my order, the staff gave me some attitude about contacting Skip customer service. To top it all off, they gave me the wrong drink. Skip refunded the drink but refused to do anything about the wait. Both Shawarma Andalos and Skipthedishes have failed to do their jobs. Read more

Oh my god how embarrassing of you guys serve this family platter! It says it serves 5 people!!! It didn't even feed my 3 young kids!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. I ordered through uber eats. If I were there in person and I saw the amount yo chicken & beef I would've exploded!! Look at this!!! This platter ... costs $60 plus tax plus fees plus tip.etc And the potatoes are old and burnt!
