Shawarma Andalos - Ottawa, Ontario

Food was average at best. Chicken a tad dry. Garlic wasn't anything special. The veggies weren't super fresh. Not terrible, but 2 stars because the portion sizes are embarrassing. Literally half the amount of most other Shawarma places.

I got the mixed plate. Good portions for the price (split it up into 2 full meals, both had me stuffed). I really liked the roasted garlic potatoes. Good but not the best I have had in Ottawa. Would buy again.

I walked in with a specific craving for garlic potatoes with spicy garlic sauce; the potatoes were dry and undercooked and didn't have the flavour that most other lebanese restaurants offer. Given that I didn't try their shawarma, I can't speak for that, but either way, I am not eager ... to return here since shawarma restaurants are a dime a dozen in Ottawa. Read more

Huge portions, amazing customer service. Complainers should give second chance when they really have an issue that may happen accidentally to be fair. I was visiting Ottawa and came across this place, gave it a try and it was satisfactory

The food is great! I especially love the shawarma chicken trio meal! The potatoes are my favourite compared to other Shawarma places in the area! The staff are very kind! Very clean! I live across the street and always see them maintaining the patio area!
