During our visit from BC, we had the pleasure of dining at the Lebanese Palace in Ottawa and were absolutely delighted with their Chicken Shawarma Platter. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The Chicken Shawarma Platter was a ... true highlight of our trip. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with every bite. The he’d had smothered it in tahini sauce which was perfect. The accompanying sides were equally impressive, with fragrant basmati rice, fresh tabbouleh, and creamy hummus, garlic sauce (spicy and regular) that complemented the shawarma wonderfully. The generous portions ensured we left fully satisfied. What stood out the most was the authenticity of the flavors. Each bite transported us straight to the heart of Lebanon, a testament to the chef’s dedication to traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients. Classic shawarma joint. Generous portions. Delicious garlic sauce. Found the meat a bit dry for my taste. Fresh veggies and quick but good service at the counter. Dining area is better than most other shawarma places but it’s still basic not anything fancy. Would go back again.

Must try Baklawa. About the quantity I would say it’s huge for the platter which means it’s good for 2 people and you will be full. They also provide a bowl of salad with shawarma platter which is super.
