Compost juice. The celery was rotten at the ends. The apple was more than brown. The ginger unpealed. The cumcomber was whole and none of the ingredients were washed (taken straight from bag or wrap or dirty container). The guy at counter had only one glove on. The ... same glove he used to collect money, touch everything including the ingredients (poor quality) and unjam the machine by sticking his hand in(the dirty gloved one). The lady literally yells at customers !! (July 27th ,Saturday at 2:50pm / African lady)

I saw the 1.8 stars and I thought to myself it can’t be that bad, and as soon as I say “can I get a..” a worker, not even taking my order interrupts me and says “no”, I just stare at her and I could tell she was joking so I ... brush it off, and she does it again, so now at this point I’m a little annoyed becuase I’m trying to get beach ready for summer and at the time I was fasted for 16 hours and mans just wanted a smoothie fam. I've been frequenting Jugo Juice locations more an more, because they offer something different, however, this location does not have the greatest service, the gentleman behind the counter, is arrogant and likes to talk back and gets lippy, specially when he is busy or training someone, who don't seem to ... last very long. He also has a habit of overcharging and does it in a very unsuspecting manner, i checked with the other jugo juice location in gatinueau to confirm that I was being overcharged, he has pulled this on me a good 4-5 times now, by overcharging I mean, I always substitute the protein to the vegan option, "vega one" I know there is an extra charge which is fine, but he charges me the full price of the drink + the full charge of the vegan protein, apparently he is supposed to deduct first then add the vegan P. Overall, Im not too happy this location, and I can go without, as is Jugo Juice is quite expensive, there are other brands right in the middle of DT charge $6 for a $13 drink at Jugo.. thank you but no thanks. Waited 10 minutes while the guy behind the cash was making a drink. There were no customers in line. He never acknowledged us and just completely ignored us so we just left. I will be taking my business else where.
