A great place to grab a fresh sandwich. The owner, Geno, makes everything fresh right in front of you. Nothing is pre-cut, even the deli meat is sliced fresh. This has got to be the best sandwich I have ever had! The owner is absolutely lovely and makes everything to order. The cappuccino was the best I have ever had. There are vegetarian options for the veg heads as well.

Places like this are the reason the term “hidden gem” exists. Feels just like Italy, and like you’re lucky to have found it. I’ve never looked at a menu, I always let Genio, the proprietor, choose based on what’s fresh and each time is better than the last. The value is unbeatable, ... the flavours unmatched - espresso, wine, food - it’s all simple, yet absolutely perfect. Once I asked for the tomato salad that I’d had the week before, and he wouldn’t do it because the tomatoes weren’t good enough. *THAT* is the kind of pride he takes in his work. Hands down my favourite place to take clients, friends, family visiting from out of town. If you’re looking for a trendy insta spot this isn’t it, but that’s my favourite part about it. Really tasty, fresh food. The tomatoes especially are super juicy. I got The prosciutto and provolone sandwich. The diced tomatoes came with his own house made sauce and it was also delicious. As soon as I walked in the place smelled amazing. I would highly recommend this place and also ... would definitely come again. A hidden gem for sure. Inside is a bit small but there is also a small patio on the outside. Most people seemed to have walked there but I am not sure where parking could be available. Read more
