Three legit reasons to avoid this pizza shop like the plague. 1. Pizza was sub par. Too burnt and the quality of the ingredients used are poor. 2. Customer service that I received was rude, lousy, and careless. It seems like they don't take pride in serving there customers which already put a ... bad taste in my mouth. 3. Their shop is dirty and not well kept. As a customer makes me question how fresh the ingredients they use are as well as if they properly sanitize/clean their hands while dealing with food. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and let me tell you it was bbiiiggggg!!. Way too big for a single person. The slices were thick and large. I had ordered a medium and it is good for 2 people. Big pizza at a decent cost.

We ordered on a Friday evening. Pizza came pretty quick which is great. Got zucchini sticks and pizza. The zucchini sticks were very soggy - we live close by and usually they're fine. But these were awful. The pizza was overcooked with the thin crust burnt and the toppings very dry. They ... took the decision to put this pizza in the box and deliver it. Was terrible. Ordered before from here and it was fine. But with this order they got off the list of "yeah these places were pretty good". Tasty pizza and poutine. Food: 4.0 / 5 Service: 4.5 / 5 I ordered a small thin crust tango special pizza (pep, mushrooms, onions, black olives, bacon). Crust was indeed thin, soft yet chewy enough on the inside, with a good crisp on the outside. It also came with a garlic dough bread ... ball which was a nice bite to start with. The dips seem to be made in house based on the basic plastic container packaging. The garlic was the thin runnier type, and the southwest being the thicker mayo based dip. Both were pretty great. As for the poutine, it had the right amount of gravy and cheese curds for the fries. Unfortunately the cheese was too melted for my liking, where you can tell it isn’t the kind of strongly curded cheese usually used in great poutines. The fries were also mushy and broke easily when pried with the fork. But the overall taste of the poutine was there, so if you don’t mind a soggy soupy poutine, which some people actually prefer, then this will do it for you! Staff were friendly. It seemed like the employee that originally packed my order forgot to include the dips, which was noticed and brought up by another employee as they were about to bring it to me in the front, so props to them for catching that if so!
