Pizza Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

I did a pickup order and i am a vegetarian, they gave me chicken and then i called the customer service. They said that the store manager is saying they did not put chicken and i have to prove that it was indeed chicken. I had to go to they ... store and showed the store manager. He did not even know the difference between chicken and cauliflower. He said its cauliflower and after some time accepted it is chicken and said its ok i will give you a new one. No comment, best pizza store manager. The slice was hit the spot but would be better if it was fresh (I don't know if they do it). There weren't that many people and the place was clean

Pizza was very stingy with the toppings and the wings were not tossed. The cashier was pretty rude we spent 40$ on food and when we asked for napkins he gave four and when we asked for more he knocked on the table and said that’s enough.

always a great time. place is clean, staff is friendly and food is made quickly.

The service is good. There’s a guy I always love. He gives me a free sauce and so friendly. HOWEVER, I order pizza with sausage and every single time, I only get like 6-7 sausages on my pizza. WHAT!?? Absolutely outragous. I even got a picture to back me up.
