My experience as a first time customer using Uber was completely amazing. I run a restaurant and I know the business well. I received the 2 for 1 pizza promo. These pizzas were made beautifully and with care, with a generous amount of cheese and vegetables. ... Perfection. Last night, a gentleman from this restaurant even called me directly to make sure I had everything I wanted on the pizzas. Above and beyond quality and service! My wife and I look forward to visiting you in person. Update: second time ordering via Uber I asked for double cheese. I did not get extra nor double cheese. I guess it depends on who is working. New Years Eve we ordered 30 breaded wings and a large onion ring. The restaurant called to confirm the order accuracy which I thought was great customer service! It took 15 minutes from when I placed the order and everything was ready for pick-up, nice and hot! THE WINGS WERE AMAZING!! ... I'm an out-of-towner, and am going to miss having these available on a regular basis. I can't say enough. They were perfect!! Delicious, well cooked, crispy, tasty... THE BEST!! The large onion rings tasted fantastic however the size of the package was less than we would have expected for $9.95 (for 4 people). I'd order them again but maybe would beg for a few more in my box. The box seemed 3/4 full. My new special request for my kid birthday 20 slices! I love Papa Joe's Pizza! I used to order from them for my great family, it is the only pizza restaurant that I will ever go to. My kids enjoyed the varied menu. The taste is incredible, the food is fresh , made ... with such care The new management is always on point, so caring and so friendly. From my understanding, is that this place is under new management. I don't know from when. My kids loved the homemade garlic sauce and the pizza. I pick up a couple of pizzas on the way home to Orleans. As for the comments about over cooking. I personally like more ... on the well done side of things. So to me, it's fine and I usually ask for it. Staff is friendly and owner is super nice! The only thing I would change is to have my toppings all on top, I just like it like that.
