Milano Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

DONT ORDER IF YOU LIKE HOT AND FRESH PIZZA. Years ago I ordered from this Milanos. I lived less than 5 blocks away and was delivered a cold pizza then given a hard time about it. Today my room mate decided to order from them. Was supposed to also get ... some free cheese curds due to ordering online but did not receive them. Super disappointed after ordering here for so long! We ordered tonight two pizzas asked for well cooked and got under cooked! Not even cooked long enough for a regular pizza. Will not be ordering here again as there are many other pizza places that can deliver par pizza

Ordered the two large, 3-topping pizza special online. Chose a Hawaiian with bacon and a combination, plus 4 dipping sauce and two free pop bottles. Received two plain cheese pizzas, no drinks and no dipping sauce. When I called to say I got someone else’s order, I was told that I ... shouldn’t use the website, that it was my fault for not calling. We settled on a free large Hawaiian but I was still stuck with two large cheese pizzas that nobody wanted. Waste of time and money ($55). Will stick with Gabriel Pizza from now on. Read more

I order a poutine from here… and to even call it a poutine is a joke. The amount of fries given was unacceptable, the cheese wasn’t awful but it was mixed with a gravy that looked and tasted like cow manure. Normally you can chalk things up terrible service…but ... the fact you display the poutine one way and sell a completely different item should be fraudulent. Paid sixty dollars for fish and chips that the fish was raw. Chicken wings that were raw. Fries that were undercooked. Garlic bread was ok. I was sick after eating a bit of fish before realizing it was not cooked.
