Milano Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

The best pizza hands down. I've traveled the 2 hours down to Ottawa just to buy for my husband for his birthday. They also make an amazing steak sandwich.

Had a wonderful experience today at Milano's. Met one of the owners named Chadi. He was very friendly and professional. Had no idea until today that Milano's had gluten AND dairy free options. Great Milanos! We walk and get pizza at least once every 3 weeks. They’re always ready on time. Never had a problem. Awesome service with a smile :)

I order frequently at times, twice a week lol. This last pickup order; the pizza was burnt. The crust was black. I called the store about it. The store offered to remake it but I'd have to pick it up ??? There was a fragrant burnt bread smell coming from the box upon opening ... it. Why would you bother serving that? Annoyed me a lot. Drove from home to the store two times. For a 1 topping medium pizza that costs over 20 dollars. Should've been delivered considering I order there once a week consecutively. I have not had Milanos in years! Decided to try them again, so hubby ordered us two pizzas last night from them. Everyone loved it! Added my own herbs and spices on top, (they should offer this too). So cheesy and lots of toppings. Order online to save $ as ... well. Very good deal. Read more
