I have found the pizza paradise! have been eating from Merivale Pizza for over 4 years and at least once a week. These guys really know how to make the best pizza. We have had very good pizza in the past from this shop. However, I am not prepared to subject myself again to the rudest treatment from a business that I have faced in many decades. We ordered a pizza on Saturday evening, 2024-04-06. The order taker confirmed that the prices ... in our flyer were still valid. A few minutes later, we noticed that the total price quoted was somewhat higher than the price of the pizza plus delivery plus tax on both. We called back. The order taker was somewhat agitated and insisted that he was not responsible for the price shown on his computer. He hung up on us. 55 minutes later, no pizza and we called again. We patiently explained that we still wanted the pizza and would discuss the price problem with his manager on another occasion. The order taker became very agitated and slammed the phone down on us. An angry refusal to take a look at a total price higher than the individual items plus tax cannot help but leave a customer suspicious of impropriety. Read more

We came in Friday night at 11pm for pizza and wings. The young man preparing the food was amazing.- so polite and friendly. The Greek pizza was a work of art and tasted even better.
