Golden Crust - Ottawa, Ontario

This place is great! I recently partook in the planning of an Ottawa trip with my local Air Cadet Squadron, one which I helped organize. On a limited budget, I was having a difficult time finding a pizza place that could affordably feed 50 hungry teenagers... until I ... found Golden Crust Pizzeria. On top of already very competitive prices, Ralph, the manager, provided us with an extra group discount in order to help us out. The customer service I received was top notch - the order was treated with the upmost level of professionalism and every care possible was taken to ensure we enjoyed our experience. A small error was made on the bill - without hesitation, arguing, or any sort of trouble, the error was rectified. In a world where good customer service is seemingly more and more hard to come-by, I can say with confidence that Golden Crust Pizzeria is the epitome of what customer service should be! That said, I'd imagine people don't go to a restaurant for the customer service - they go there for the food! The food from this restaurant was definitely nothing to scoff at - with a wide variety of pizzas to choose from and amazing sides to accompany them, my cadet squadron enjoyed quite the treat! Personally, having tried several slices of different kinds of pizza, I enjoyed the meat lovers the most. Golden crust Pizza is an absolute blessing to Ottawa and especially Sandyhill. I eat from here very often. The service is amazing and the prices are too. But the very best in my opinion is the food. The owner is an experienced cook. Every meal I've tried I've come back ... for it. There isn't one meal I've had I didn't enjoy. I never give a 5 star review because there is always room for improvement, however there's a first for everything and selfishly I want this business to stay in my neighbor and thrive as they should!!!!!! I Order something from here almost weekly and it’s always great, plus the best prices! Me and my co-workers had a heart shaped deluxe pizza for lunch and if was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

We've been eating at Golden Crust for years and our family loves it! Delicious food and wonderful owner. They put great care into the quality and never disappoint. Amazing pizzeria that's been consistently great for years. We order for our staff parties and it's always a win. Their meat toppings are delicious and their vegetarian options are great too. Love the poutines and we always appreciate the friendly service from staff!
