Ordered 2 Sens pizzas expecting the standard Gabriels pizza with generous amount of sauce, cheese and meat. These pizzas were closer to Pizza Pizza than my previous Gabriel's experiences. Giant uneven crust. Very disappointed. Will just order from the Limebank location next time.

Ordered well done pizza. Received burned toppings and white crust. Called spoke to customer care agent and supervisor asking for new pizza or refund. Was told they would give me $7 credit for future order because burned equals well done. Offered to send picture proof they refused. Pizza cost 13.95+tax. ... Told supervisor that their Terms of Service, Satisfaction Policy on their website says that if client is unsatisfied with pizza it will be returned/replaced. They still refused. So be warned Gabriel pizza does not stand for quality or stand behind their own policy. Read more
