Overall: 5.5 / 10 Crust: 5 / 10 Flavourless and dry cracker texture. Cheese: 5.5 / 10 Average quality, but barely any on there for a pizza with just cheese. Sauce: 5.5 / 10 Generic with maybe some additional spices added. Expensive price, cheap taste.

Paying premium but can’t put seasonings or half pizza toppings? And I can’t even call the store? Bro pizza pizza gives you more options. Easily the worst pizza service in Ottawa.

Got pizza Friday. Arrived very late (1.5 hours after I ordered). Fine. But it was COLD! I tried calling to speak to someone, but after a 20 minute hold I gave up. I finally had time to call back Sunday and they just brushed me off. Not impressed at all.

The pizza was pretty good but overpriced. Otherwise I would give 4 stars. The price compared to quality does not match. Feta cheese is usually chunks, but with them it was flakes (flavorless) the bacon was strips (amazing) olives you can count by just looking at the pizza ... (not generous) the toppings in general are not generous. Pineapple (few and flavorless) same with ham and pepperoni. For $50+ for 2 large pizzas I expect a good amount of toppings not little handfuls per pizza. Read more

Honestly, I love this place! Their pizza always hits the spot, is on time, and delicious. I am a regular at this location and I love going here! High quality pizza at a fair price. The workers are also very friendly! I reccomend using their online ordering feature to collect rewards. ... :) ALSO, do not skip the tip section online- I did that once by mistake and felt awful... It's kind of hidden near the bottom/checkout area and is easy to miss. Read more
