Still the greatest sandwich in the whole world and the best place to get them in Ottawa. Haven’t been in a while after moving away but I came back and this was my first stop. It did not disappoint. If anything the Donair is better than I remember! The meat ... is flavourful and plentiful, the ratios of meat to bread to veg is perfect, and the sauce, oh that sauce, it’s the nectar of the gods. I can’t even begin to explain how nostalgic, delicious and wonderful this place is. If you’re looking for a real east coast feel, look no further. The donair was the best east coast donair I’ve had in many years, also the garlic fingers (which I can’t get anywhere near where I ... am) were fantastic. Along with a wonderful atmosphere, featuring amazing east coast music, were absolutely fantastic staff. Friendly, caring and full of easy coast charm. The donair was heavenly as usual, the service is always fantastic and friendly. I do enjoy coming to this place and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere. One thing is Wish we had real cheese curds for poutines!

This place is AMAZING. The food is fantastic. I’m from Newfoundland and don’t get donairs as good as that in Newfoundland. The food is homemade and very fresh. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is great with music from the maritimes/Atlantic Canada. ... If you are near Ottawa you absolutely have to try them out.
