Still the greatest sandwich in the whole world and the best place to get them in Ottawa. Haven’t been in a while after moving away but I came back and this was my first stop. It did not disappoint. Real Halifax food :) this is as authentic as you can get!!! The food, atmosphere and owners are amazing. Terry-Lynn is so personable she makes you want to come back just for the service she provides. We will be back and highly recommend!

I can’t even begin to explain how nostalgic, delicious and wonderful this place is. If you’re looking for a real east coast feel, look no further. The donair was the best east coast donair I’ve had in many years, also the garlic fingers (which I can’t get anywhere near where I ... am) were fantastic. The donair was heavenly as usual, the service is always fantastic and friendly. I do enjoy coming to this place and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere. One thing is Wish we had real cheese curds for poutines!

This place is AMAZING. The food is fantastic. I’m from Newfoundland and don’t get donairs as good as that in Newfoundland. The food is homemade and very fresh.
