Eight of us went there for dinner last night to celebrate Mother's Day. Very nice and cozy restaurant, with a wonderful and patient staff. The owner was on site and very nice. Once our order was placed, the food came very quickly. Every dish we ordered was deliciously fresh and ... plentiful. I was advised that they did not use any nuts/peanuts in their cooking, which was amazing given that this was of concern to us. A huge bonus! Our family will definitely go back. Best Indian food in the city as far as I'm concerned, and at very reasonable prices! Couldn't speak to its authenticity though. I like to call ahead for some tikka or butter chicken from work, and it's consistently ready for takeout by the time I get there 20-30 minutes later. Still ... hot when I get home too! My family and I just had the most pleasant evening eating here tonight! We have been ordering in from Mia’s for years since we live in the neighborhood but decided to dine in tonight and it was somehow so much better! The food was amazing as it always is but it ... was so hot and fresh and the tandoori sizzled on the table in a way it never could in a takeout container. The people who work here were so kind and getting to meet them and talk about the food made it so much more of an experience on top of a meal. Their food is so good, I can’t recommend Mia’s enough!
