Nice buffet. Near Montfort hospital and st. Laurant and Montréal Rd. Lamb curry very nice . Butter chicken was different; not too Spicey and very heavy on the tomato.

Went for lunch buffet with friends. Good selection of salad, curries, meats, veggie options, and naan! Could be a bit spicier for me personally, but everyone has a different taste preference. Simple and delicious dessert of rice pudding and gulab jaman, nice way to end the day. Price is pretty ... affordable. Large restaurant and well decorated, was pretty quiet when we went. Staff were attentive and always came to refill the water and clear the plates. Overall great place and more people should support this restaurant. Read more

I was very happy to have dine at this restaurant, at first I was skeptical as wss empty when we arrive , but the food was so delicious, really good Only the service they can improve will be good , was not service at all . You won’t be disappointed promise you

Host India is one of my favorite lunch spots when I'm feeling particularly hungry. Their all you can eat lunch buffet has a very decent selection and is very friendly to those who are not super spice tolerant. I would eat here more, however, the $30 charge does honestly keep this ... as an occasional treat for myself. I would highly recommend you try this restaurant if you've never been. Read more

I have had take out and dine in here, and both experiences have been fantastic. The food is delicious, the butter chicken is the best I have had in Ottawa. The Naan bread was perfectly cooked and delicious. We have tried the regular Naan, the garlic, and the keema Naan, and ... all were amazing. The samosas are very good. We have done the vegetable and the meat and both were very good. The red sauce was better with the meat samosa, and the green was so good with both. The butter chicken is amazing, we also did the lamb madras. The madras was a medium spice and the lamb was very good. The butter chicken has all of the amazing flavors and the chicken was so good. My service experience has been great with pick up and dine in. A friendly greeter/check out employee and our server was really good and attentive.
