Update: we visited today and had Chen serve us. He was so extremely nice and friendly! I had white chocolate ice cream mixed with mango ice cream with gummy bears and raspberry jam. It was so delicious. I had the strawberry 🍓 extreme with gummy bears 🐻 and white chocolate chips.

We visited this location on a busy summer night and received wonderful assistance from Madison! My partner wanted a flavour that was not currently in stock, and Madison took the time to suggest alternatives which would be similar to the flavour we wanted. I placed a special order two weeks ago. When I went to pick it up 3 hours before my event the manager claimed to have no record of the order. He offered two large cakes and one small to fulfill the order I paid for in place of the slab ... cake I ordered. He could not offer anything in the flavour I had ordered. We declined and went to Baskin Robbin’s who were happy to help. At the time I gave the Manager all my contact information and my email receipt so he could ostensibly find out what happened and provide a refund. I also emailed head office as he implied that they had to handle my refund. Website said 3 business days for a reply. Today is day 5. I did not get my order and while my money has been refunded and explanation/apology would have been appreciated. Not a great experience and no effort made to keep me as a customer. Read more

I have a been their customer for more than three years now. Even though Bank St. Location is closer to me, I always prefer to drive more distance to have my ice cream here. The manager is amazing and the staff are friendly. Marble Slab is my favorite ice cream place. There's always so much selection to choose from for both ice cream and toppings. They're really nice about giving samples so you can figure out which combination of ice cream to choose. Toppings are unlimited and included. The service here is really ... quick. I find the prices a bit high at the moment, otherwise I would return more often. Read more
