Online posted hours are not correct they’re always closed well before they are suppose to be. Arrived at 6pm posted hours are until 9pm and no one is there and doors are closed

Went to this store on Nov 6th, 2023 at 11:00 am and the female employee (40’s) was more interested in her personal phone call with « Nancy » than ringing up my items. Clueless about customer service. I’ll never go back to this location.

I warmly recommend this Laura Secord Rideau’s branch not only for the remarkably beautiful shop, but also for its enormously diversed selections and so advantageous deals! Furthermore, its cashier(I could not discern his/her gender; but he/she was pierced to ears in black in the Rock&Roll fashion, was Caucasian, of average ... size/height, and had a pretty pleasing, seductive/feminine voice, if I am not mistaken, etc.) is is divinely gracious and an excellent adviser, having made perfect acquaintance with the products, including those offered in the said deals! He/she truly believes in his/her recommendations; and he/she even confesses these are amongst her personal favorites, which makes his/her said recommendations dearer still! On quitting this store, I even proposed she/he would instruct his/her boss to render it possible for us, customers, to leave him/her a tip, just as it is possible for us to leave a tip to any employee at a Subway or Shawarma! May you, said boss, take acquaintance of this suggestion, and accede to this request! Not entirely sure of the name of the staff that was working august 26th around 8pm but they were phenomenal. Super friendly, made the atmosphere so positive, went to the back for more chocolate cherries for me and even sold me on some more products 😉 Definitely made the visit ... above and beyond. Read more
