What a great store with lovely staff. Joanne was so helpful, she put together a nice gift basket for me and made my day!

Once in a while it is nice to get a treat at Laura Secord especially during shopping at Billings Bridge Shopping center. Their staff are friendly, the store is clean and is always changing with brightly colourful displays to reflect seasonal holidays and celebrations with lots of chocolate treats. I ... like their freshly made milk shakes the most. Was a regular customer, but today was the last time...I work across the way, and asked for a spoon. The lady replied they are for customers, to which I replied, I am a customer a regular in fact...to which she insisted only for customers. So, I am no longer a ... customer. No recognition, high staff turnover, no sense of community...sorry thumbs down Read more

Good customer service and love their waffle cones.

The staff is always super friendly at this location and I love their ice cream, but as a brand, I find the chocolates hit or miss. I feel like they aren't much better than many drug store brands and thus not worth the price a lot of the time.
