Buyer beware. Paid for extra chicken on the "amtrak" dish. After separating the chicken from the noodles, this is what I was given. I'd hate to see the regular serving of chicken if this is considered extra. The hostess, or both of them, were terrible - not at the front, not greeting customers, nothing. We were there with a line of about 8 other people for over 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We waited another 10 before we got seated, but the hostess didn't even ... setup the napkins or utensils and we didn't get small plates. There were so many tables that were dirty, which could have been used to seat people. There was food all over the floors and once we were seated, the hostess had to go get a cloth to wipe our table because it was not cleaned. Once we got seated though, our server was an absolute delight. Very attentive and friendly, constantly checking in. The best part of the meal was the new potato soup. The bread was undercooked and doughy. The salad croutons were chunks of bread but also undercooked. The mains were very bland and the spaghetti was overcooked and mushy. Honestly, the only saving grace was our server. I am not sure we will be back to this location based on the lack of reception when we got there and how dirty the place was. Read more

I went with my friend and her Mom. They both have several food allergies, and Kristen our server was very attentive, as well as a gentleman who greated us, and paid attention to our table. A great experience. Thank you, Kristen! Excellent service! And! The food was amazing!!

The Innes Rd location was great. We were a party of 9. The salads were very fresh and tasty, the chicken parmigiana did not disappoint and was very tasty and not overcooked. We also ordered the children pizza portions and they were very tasty. The chicken Parm burger ... was excellent also. The brownie was incredible, make sure you don't miss out on this one. Loved dining here!!! Mike was great. Excellent service. I got the Italian Wedding soup (unlimited, had two bowls) and seafood (mussels, shrimp, scallops) linguine pasta but asked for Alfredo instead because I really don’t like tomato sauce. I was pleasantly surprised I was allowed to swap the sauce type!! We ... will definitely be back next time we are craving pasta! Their pop is unlimited refills too.
