King’s Pizza & Greek - Ottawa, Ontario

This is my second horrible experience with this restaurant. I typically don’t complain about food but what I received from King’s was horrible. The first time I ordered from this place, I ordered two chicken/shrimp combo platters and the chicken and shrimp in both plates were cooked to the point ... where they were blackened, dry, and rubbery. This was about a month ago. I let the manager know and he offered to replace the plates or refund me. Today, I decided to give it a second chance and I ordered my replacement plates - big mistake, I should have taken the refund. I was sent two chicken souvlaki platters with only 1 skewer in each. Again, the chicken was overcooked but this time, the potato was raw and the salad was absolutely disgusting... grainy tomato wedges, old, wilted lettuce and cucumber so soft you could bend it in half. It was so disgraceful that I felt I was being punished for complaining the first time. I understand things happen from time to time in restaurants, but when staff and management are okay with giving customers food this disgusting, I would start to worry. Read more

Ordered a Two Large pizza special through skip the dishes from this restaurant. Order did not include two parts of the combo, so through skip the dishes support we had a re-delivery of the two missing items. We received only one of the two missing items. The deal was 49.99; ... for that price, we expected everything to go smoothly. The food didn't taste terrible, but there was nothing special about it either. Read more

This place is awesome as far as pizza and takeout go. I've gotten Greek twice, and pizza once. Food has always been awesome, they gave us a free pizza they said they couldn't give to a customer because it was "burnt". It wasn't even close, but shows they have a ... high standard for what they will put out there. Very friendly staff, great spot. Read more

Always friendly service! Ordered a half meat lovers half vegetarian pizza and it was really delicious. The homemade garlic sauce is to die for and they do a pretty good poutine too! I highly recommend this restaurant! If you ever have any issues with your order they are also always willing ... to rectify the issue. Customers come first for this business and I will always go back because of it. Read more

Absolutely best pizza place in Ottawa and I'm a picky person. It looks good tastes delicious and is easy on your wallet. But so far it's been consistently delicious. Highly recommend this place.
