I ordered for takeout, pizza and salad. The Large Italian salad was $18 and once I received the salad, the size, the quality and the price was literally insulting. The pizza was good but in no way was this the famous Colonnade Pizza I grew up with. I used ... to order from this specific location by Merivale Road, it was a Lebanese husband and wife that owned and operated it. Going in person to order this time around they were not there and the man working in the back and the woman working the front counter was definitely not the family I used to know. The service from the woman at the counter was terrible, Everytime I asked her a question that involved her walking to the kitchen to ask the cook the question she let out this big huff and puff. She tried to answer a couple of the questions herself, but literally the answer wasn't even related to the question I asked. Just overall terrible service, then the pizza was not the real quality of the famous Colonnade Pizza. Sadly this place has fallen off significantly. Read more

I am only reviewing the pizza. A friend ordered this, not me. Their pizza has not changed in 30 years which was the last time I tried it. Overcooked crusty cheese. Dense crust and virtually tasteless sauce. I accept that some may like it but I find it inedible. Club sandwiches x2 with one side salad and some fries :42.50 plus tip. Better value at literally anywhere else. Subway club: 14 bucks for the footlong and way higher quality. This place is on its last legs. Front foyer was dirty. Carpets look destroyed, place was empty and underwhelming. Tried ... to contact management but they didn’t respond. Pizza wasn’t so great for the price. Very thin. But the cheese was good. Ordered a pepperoni, salami and extra cheese. I don’t think the chunks were Salami. Quite disappointing. Won’t be trying them again. Maybe it was the location?
