Placed an order a 1h for a 4h30 pickup. When I went to pick it up, the cash staff thankfully let me know that it had been sitting there for hours. I asked them to redo it, another staff then tried regiving me the same old bag claiming it had ... been redone. Ordered drive thru, the lady was very rude and impatient kept rushing us and wouldn’t let us finish a sentence. She messed up half of our order claiming that’s what we told her, no apology or anything and made us pay for the food we didn’t want, and the food ... we did want. By the time we go in for the 3rd time to figure things out, she completely ignored us for about 15 minutes even tho there was no one there.
