Went to pick up our 5pm online order, show up there only for them not even have it started. Waited 30 minutes, and they forget stuff. Drive thru empty and barely anyone in-store. Placed an order a 1h for a 4h30 pickup. When I went to pick it up, the cash staff thankfully let me know that it had been sitting there for hours. I asked them to redo it, another staff then tried regiving me the same old bag claiming it had ... been redone. One of the staff was so confused in his lies: "oh you asked us to redo it? ya, thats redone, thats your order"... YOU should no be giving out food thats been sitting for hours. Read more

Ordered drive thru, the lady was very rude and impatient kept rushing us and wouldn’t let us finish a sentence. She messed up half of our order claiming that’s what we told her, no apology or anything and made us pay for the food we didn’t want, and the food ... we did want. By the time we go in for the 3rd time to figure things out, she completely ignored us for about 15 minutes even tho there was no one there. Place is dirty, service is horrible, only thing is mediocre food. This place needs better management and a new team. Read more
