Subway - Ottawa, Ontario

After waiting for 10 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. I finally ordered 2 6 inch subs. After another 7 mins only 1 of the subs in the line in front of me were ready for sauce. There were 4 more to go. I just told ... them I don't have enough time for this and left. The guy in front of me said it would be faster to drive to Orleans to get one. Ridiculous. Kyla (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly) offered fantastic service. Bought a 12" for my son so he could have half for his lunch the next day and she packed the two halves separately without being asked. She gave us mayo on the side so that the sub ... wouldn't be soggy the next day. The level of service I received from her is seldom seen in the fast food industry. Nice clean Subway. Better than a lot I've been to. Took one star away for their beverage dispenser. Touchscreen is cool, but not so responsive. Also not all flavours were available.

Was not overly impressed. Staff were anything from pleasant. Subway is subway, all there ingredients are the same, it's the staff that makes you want to come back to that one. They need friendly staff
