Subway - Ottawa, Ontario

I was very hungry and ordered foot long sub. The taste was not so good. Also, it wasn’t baked properly I believe because it was cold when I got that. Also, they didn’t have the black pepper. Also, Well, that’s not bigger issue but just mentioning. Didn’t like the attitude ... of staff at some point. But anyways, the good point was more stuffing that I asked 3 times. Otherwise, they put very little veggies and sauce and you feel like you’re just eating bread. So one tip here is always ask for more veggies and sauce if you go here. Read more

Pathetic staff that needs to be trained better. I visited the store on April 21st between 6:00 and 6:30pm. Wanted to try their veggie mozzarella melt. I am a visible minority and I requested the staff to change their glove because prior to my sandwich they were making the sandwich ... of another customer. After changing his gloves, the staff started to make my sandwich but continued to help the other staff by adding veggies in the other customers order which had meat in it. In this process he accidentally touched the meat on the other customer’s sandwich. When I said that there really is no point in changing gloves if you are going to continue touching the meat, he responded by you can leave if you want to. Read more

I wish I knew the young guys name who helped us out, we were there on March 27th @ 9 pm and received the best customer service I’ve ever had at a subway. Horrible expérience both food and from the employee. I ordered a footlong through the subway app, footlong comes burnt , no taste simply waste of money. Reached out to the employee who was working for help, instead of helping, he started arguing 😅. Worst experience, i tried explaining the employee that it’s ... not my first time to a subway and the employee started saying that they have been in the business for more than 20 years, no one complained. I laughed seeing their reviews seems like my experience is better when compared, I guess I made the mistake by choosing the kanata’s worst subway. Edited review (August 18): We ordered two steak & cheese sandwiches on the app for pick up. The worker was nice when we picked up however the sandwiches were the saddest quality I’ve ever seen. Barely any steak on both sandwiches. We reached out to subway and got an “apology”. We ... are avid subway eaters and this was such a terrible experience. If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I definitely wouldn’t have paid the price of a steak and cheese…. Had a great experience tonight. Zied was our sandwich artist and he was quick and friendly.
