This location isn’t very good. The chicken was too greasy, and looked like it was recooked and the colour of the batter of the chicken wasn’t even golden all around, you could see the colour of the bones from outside the chicken. It was not like the hunt club location ... that we usually go to, and I usually prefer to avoid anything in the Herongate area for this reason. Also their washrooms are poorly kept. Before I always ordered my food in Popeyes because the chickens and specially the hamburgers is really good! Now I am working in there, and I can see that too many people also they thinking like me. Great attention is paid to cleanliness and hygiene. This is the most things ... that make a people to enjoy their meal in the peace. I had a very disappointing experience with the fried chicken. The dish was excessively oily and unpleasantly chewy, making it inedible. We ended up throwing the entire meal away. I am also concerned about the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. They should reevaluate both their cooking methods and ... their ingredient sourcing. We ordered online on the Popeyes website. We picked our food up with no problems, even asked for some extra sauce. We got exactly what we ordered with no hassle.
