Very disorganized, no clearly delineated order or pick up lines. Ordering board is not user friendly - don't know how senior citizens or IT-challenged people manage. Waited 20 min before one employee told me my order had to be paid before being processed (due to a glitch). This is the only McDonald’s where i was able to grab just chicken patty, every other McDonalds refuses to give that and i have to order full regular junior chicken or mc chicken. Such a cooperative staff.

This is straigt up normal mcdonala but its a diet version of the the old rideau mcdonals. They gave me RAW chicken nuggets. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. The inside was pink, cold & soggy - clearly uncooked. Absolute GARBAGE. I order food during the over night shift. I use to work at mc Donald’s as a manager for 4 years. The food was cold which sometimes is understandable during overnight trying to clean and serve. We specifically asked for fries no salt. And fresh nuggets. We ... also informed the worker we would wait. We got the food as soon as we reached the window so I knew automatically nothing we asked for was done. I checked and gave the food back and said “it’s cold I asked for fresh food “The bigger girl at the window was extremely rude calling the manager “James” or whatever his name is. Which the Manager came and processed to act the same as the employee rude and shouting. This location is trash and ghetto. Make black people look awful. Oh they also just refried The fries like I’m stupid and wouldn’t notice. Super hard and nasty. I hope the store owner reads this. All of them need to be fired including the manager.
