Every. Single. Time I come here they prepare the ice cream immediately, then slowly prepare the remainder of the order. I've walked out with mostly liquid ice cream every time. Go to literally any other location in the city

Before was going often nnno issues what so ever but lately like today got a kids meal for my kid and I know it comes with fries but when opening the box no fries went back on drive through spoke to a guy showed him the box and he said r u ... sure it wasn't in there wow looked at him told him check ur camera before commenting and came back and gived me the fries. But the look like are u sure it wasn't in the box piss the F out of me. And with the snack wrap threw it away chicken was old n hard. Staff looked like they surly don't want to be there. I don't know what happened, been a customer to mc donalds Trim road for sometime now. Yesterday we got some burgers and it was catastrophic. The quarter pounder was the worst, very dry, taste like garbage. I don't want to have a full judgement now so I will wait and ... give it another try hopefully things will get better and return to how they were few weeks ago. Read more

Worst customer service. Been going to this location for about 10yrs+ only because close to my house. Went yesterday with kids around 5:30pm spend about 45$ on food and 2 of them were combo. Ordered through kiosk and accidentally pressed 2 coke for both drinks and 1 was supposed to ... be ice tea. I know it was my mistake 100% and realized after 2 minutes of placing order so I asked worker there beforehand to change my just 1 drink from coke to icetea since I had a 2 year old kid who can’t drink coke at all but 3 of workers refused rudely giving bad looks and saying we have new machine that already make drinks ready. I simply asked politely and even accepted my mistake and mistakes does happen but these locations workers acted as if they had to give diamond to just even change my 1 of my drink. Didn’t wanted to further complain or never liked being bad customer so had to buy another drink for $3 to get ice tea and threw that 1 coke as it was useless, didn’t wanted to waste but was necessary. If management doesn’t fix this type of even simple problem, this location will soon face their downfall just trust my word. Even food is not that good and they always forget something and does mistake every order yet if customer did even a little simple mistake they will never fix it. What a disgusting place. !!! Dirty and yuk. And the refill picture i am sharing made me laugh. Every other McDonald in the world is doing refills. Not this one single restaurant!!! It's so Ottawa ! The foods the same though. No worries there. Waited 16 minutes for quarter pointer. That wasn't cool but they're extremely ... busy and polite about it. So that's cool. The sign made me laugh. I hope it makes you smile. It was filthy. Couldn't find a clean table so I ate it in minus 20 weather outside. Read more
