Ordered a bagel it's fully burned black. Ordered tea with.2 milk and one sugar got a black tea

We had a dr appointment with my son so we went out for a rare mcdonalds breakfast. We ordered at the kiosk because there was nobody working the counter. The kiosk didn't work properly (wouldn't print my order number) so I waited at the counter to find out our number. ... Food arrived and it was incorrect (no cheese on any of them for some reason). Went to the drive-through order Mc pick meal double meal hamburger with extra pickles no cheese received a hamburger nothing on it but a slice of cheese no fries and I also ordered the blueberry pie but turns out I got apple pie Called them spoke to the ... manager. He said he just got on now and apologized and said he will look into it. He never offered me a refund or to come in in another time and get my order that I receive he just hung up and that was the end of the conversation. I'm really disappointed with this restaurant's cleanliness. I'm really surprised that this is acceptable to the staff. It is not my first time experiencing this bad state of cleanliness. Just about every table was filthy, the garbages full and the drink station emptied of supplies like ketchup and napkins. On a ... previous trip at this location I told staff that there were no more napkins or ketchup and they did not replenish the stock. friday (jan 12) at 5:30pm, i ordered 4 bigmac meals and 2 6pc meals. - I ordered 4 big macs = all messy and dry - 6 large fries filled half way?????
