McDonald’s - Ottawa, Ontario

I ordered two sausage and bacon McGriddles and paid for extra bacon and this is what I got

Going to the drive thru at this location is terrible. They have you pull over to the parking lot which is always full because 5 or 6 other cars are already waiting for their orders. Then you have a staff member coming outside with 3 or 4 bags of ... food not knowing who ordered what going from car to car . Yesterday as i was waiting i witnessed many people leaving this place frustrated speeding the heck out of there. Next time if i go back there I will not leave the window until my order is given to me. I have never seen such bad service at a McDonald's. Read more

Staff made fun of my wife's order load enough for us to hear them. Then they would not give us contact information for someone to complain to as the person being rude to us was the managerbon duty. Willnot go back

Positive experience at this location Manager was very helpful and friendly.. cheerful person brought up the meal the table smiling for everyone. Place was clean and impressive. Thumbs up again to the duty manager (Ahmed)

Edit: since I took the photos, they have made a very good cleanup so my review merits some stars. This is what you see when pulling up to the drive-thru window... no more that 2 feet from our car door. It's an absolute disgrace. It smells and it's disgusting!
