I ordered a Tooney Tuesday special and there was almost no meat on the chicken I asked to pay the difference for chicken breast and the cashier refused saying they didn't have any unknowingly to her my relative placed an order and received chicken breast I also asked for a ... boneless chicken tender fill up which comes with fries and a drink and the cashier placed my order as a go bucket no drink no fries just half a small fry and ONE chicken strip just for the gobucket it is 7 dollars even with inflation that does not make sense. They have no option for kids meals. The chicken I received had mostly bone , it was slimy .. Overall waste of any money spent here when I tried to explain this the lady did not say sorry or fix it up they were super busy and understaffed The younger cashier lady always seems to be rude the others are nice. . This is the first location I’ve been to at 8 pm in a mall and not be able to get chicken. Mall closes at 9. They stop making chicken at 7 (which makes no sense!) so you can’t ever get chicken if you’re in this mall late. Is this a ... bayshore mall thing?? Ordered two different combos and got a great offer - buy 1, get 1 free. The Zinger sandwich (burger) tasted better than the Big Crunch Sandwich (burger). The fries were really good. We expected a dipping sauce, which was not there, though! Overall, a decent experience. I thought it wasn't bad because it was busy. So I tried it out. The burger would take them 7 minutes to make I said I was okay with that but then she tells me the fountain drinks are out of order too. Just a bad experience there. I'll reevaluate ... if I go there again Read more
