KFC - Ottawa, Ontario

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Waited 40 minutes in line just to place my order....and an additional 15 minutes waiting for my order to be filled. Though the three guys behind the counter were working hard to get orders out, they completely left the front of the house ... unattended and waiting while they all stayed back there filling online orders and Uber orders. I get that these are orders as well, but when I arrived there were only three people in line (including myself) and it was almost an hour out the door. If you can't accommodate the demand of both, then either hire more staff or cancel the online services. Definitely my last visit here. Read more

I'm sorry, but, my last visit was a terrible experience!!! You're better off going somewhere else, or ordering online hours in advance if you really need to get your KFC fix. I waited 20 EXTRA minutes for my food, to get 7 pieces of chicken that we're each cut in ... half to make a 14 piece bucket, while watching a team of 3 move slowly with 7 customers waiting forever. Left a bad review a while back and decided to delete it. The quality had increased and the food is coming hot and fresh, tasted nice and seasoned and no items forgotten, my only complaint was the corn tasted a bit different than the usual but still finger licking good ... 👍 9/10 !! Read more

I was surprised at how dirty and rundown this location looked. I watched an employee hang out on their phone in the back while food was supposed to be prepped. The chicken was very greasy. The cashier at the front was friendly and did apologize for the wait time. Please ... clean your entryway. Wash the walls, not just the floors. Repaint the red and white boards and walls. Read more

The customer service was very good, however, I can’t say the same for the food. I ordered what I always get from KFC (big crunch burger and fries) and I have to say this was the worst one I’ve ever had. The chicken seemed to be drenched in oil which ... resulted in it having absolutely no taste and the brioche buns had no flavour (there wasn’t even a sliver of sweetness) and seemed a little stale (the bun was literally separating) . I was appreciative that the food was piping hot and the fries were good but I really do not recommend this location for burgers at all. Just awful. Read more
