The new secret recipe fries are so bland with no seasoning on them from this place… never had an issue anywhere else other than here. Their workers are like robots with attitudes, no emotions what’s so ever and not a welcoming environment.. the wait time for just fries was almost 20 ... min… there was barely anyone inside ordering so why did it take this long?? The cashier gave everyone their cups except for mine.. when it comes to Indigenous Status cards don’t bother, they have no clue in the world what they do with it and it’s all on you… very disappointed in how this has turned out I unfortunately just saw the bad reviews after ordering and i see why this place is an issue.. THEY SPIT ON THAT FOOD, And tried to hide it by drowning it in sauce. Hope whomever did this gets the worst immeasurable karma

Waited 40 minutes for my order to get soggy, cold and old. It was the dinner “rush” but there’s no excuse for this low quality garbage. Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from here. Dirty. Chicken is soggy and gravy tastes burnt. We ended up throwing our entire order out after trying to call the store numerous times.
