If I could give this place less I would. I ordered a three-piece meal with a twister and a large macaroni salad. Took 20 minutes before they even realize I was still waiting. They had the receipt in hand which I confirmed and they were still asking me what I ... ordered (hint, it's on the receipt). Cashier looked high as hell. I counted at least 10 people being served and be let out before me, some of them had ordered buckets. Reminder that I had a three-piece. I'm at 30 minutes and they give me my food which is incorrect. Twister doesn't have the ingredients, which I wasn't told beforehand that they ran out, and I was missing my macaroni salad. They really need to step up their service. Read more

Never again... 1) soda pop is not carbonated; just tasted like sugary water 2) no ice in dispenser; but available in open ice bucket at one side of the counter--not sanitary 3) fries are soggy 4) last and the WORST: there is no distinctive KFC spice taste at all in the chicken whatsoever. The ... meat just tasted like regular fried chicken with no seasoning. I was craving for the finger-licking good KFC special spice! Such a shame to pay so much for so little taste in return. The service is exceptional, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I ordered something online but failed to pick up due to some urgency issues. I reached the store two days after, the staff are very understandable and happily fulfilled my order. Thank you all!

Bought a 12 piece bucket, fries and gravy. Cost nearly 50 bucks and got 2 of these pieces roughly smaller than my pinky. So, I got 10pcs, fries, gravy and 2 chicken nuggets. It’s no wonder why KFC continues to tank. Didn’t bother to call and complain. It’s always just a ... hassle with any of the franchises and KFC.ca no longer wants to deal with customer issues and just sends you back to the franchisee who won’t answer the phone or fix the problem. It’s unfortunate because I actually like the product when made and delivered properly but the company as a whole has just decimated itself because of things like this. People are caring less and less to pay this much for chicken and deal with these issues on their own. Anyway, just my two cents. KFC will soon be gone. Find an alternative or make your own.
