Stale. I purchased 2 medium’s. 1 superkid 1 double. I actually wanted 1 medium mixed with the two flavours but paid for the 2 anyway since the server misheard me. I didn’t get a receipt as I didn’t think I’d be returning anything… There is no way both flavours are that stale and popped ... the same day so on top of my bad experience I’m being gaslit by the company. Terrible popcorn terrible service. Butter popcorn equals oil and artificial ingredients. Was definitely the worse experience all around.

To be honest they’re popcorn is way to expensive and theyre popcorn tastes legit like stale. The Say cheese popcorn barely had any cheese. Never coming back again.

I ordered a double hit mix with chicago style popcorn, I asked to make sure it was the correct order several times. The worker told me and confirmed that it was the correct order. Stopped by today pick up a large caramel popcorn at Bayshore location. The caramel popcorn was nasty taste, they are stale, not fresh. The moment my daugther put in her mouth, she said it is old , not fresh caramel popcorn. You should not sell them when ... they are stale. Very disappointed for $9! They are not cheap!
