The quality in food has taken a downturn for the increase in price. Pretty standard for a fast food chain. The service I experienced was very good.

Service was so slow. I got a cake for Mother's day and a hamburger. They got the wording on quickly. The burger? Forever. Once it was all done they put it in the microwave for a few seconds? The burger was so cold. I don't even ... think it got cooked on a grill. At least not that day. So not even close to what they advertise on tv. I won't get hot food ever again. Great ice cream, great service. The best part about this place is that it's open till late. I was hungry at night and wasn't in the mood to cook, so I just walked there, had a small blizzard and a poutine.

This was my favorite Dairy Queen DQ resturaunt at 1412 Walkley Road near Heron Gate Square. Staff are helpful and the service is ok. I like to eat their banana splits when I feel the need of a medley of sweetness of crushed pineapple, syrupy strawberries, liquid chocolate and ... soft icecream dance in my mouth. Unfortnately the icecream machine doesn't keep the icecream cold enough. See the photos of the melted ice cream that I was given. The store is dirty and it smells. Hope they freshen it up soon.
